Description
SIS GO Electrolyte Sports Fuel Ideal for indoor workouts, exercise in the heat or any time when you are sweating heavily or dehydrating. SiS GO Electrolyte provides fast rehydration, sustained energy and can be used before, during or after exercise. As easy to drink as water, SiS GO Electrolyte puts back what you sweat out. SiS GO Electrolyte has been formulated so that it is easy to drink when the pressure is on. Scientific studies have confirmed that it is as light on the stomach as water, whereas an isotonic simple sugar drink was heavier, even though it was less concentrated. You can rely on SiS GO Electrolyte during the heat of competition when you need it most. It combines multiple energy sources (which work together to optimize energy delivery to your working muscles) and balanced electrolytes to provide the salts required to keep you hydrated and protect against cramp. Ingredients: Carbohydrate mix (92-95%) (maltodextrin [produced by partial hydrolysis of a special variety of maize], fructose), natural flavouring, citric acid, electrolytes (2%) (sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, magnesium lactate), sweetener (aspartame). Suitable for vegans. Contains a source of phenylalanine

Not to sweetDecided to give a few of the different flavors a try. Tropical, Black Currrent and Raspberry are all good flavors but Black Current is the stronger tasting of the three which is not overpowering at all. Its nice having a sport drink that is not overly sweet and is reasonably priced as well. I think SIS makes some good products so far.

Good cycling fuelEffective fuel & electrolyte, good taste (tropical). Easy to drink with no side effects so far. Full price quite high, but Ribble's offer very helpful.
