I would highly recommend Ribble to all.

Going from riding MTB & road bikes to riding the CGR AL gravel spec bike has been a pleasure - it rolls fast on the road and is comfortable on much off-road terrain.
The most impressive features are the Shimano 1x11 GRX drivetrain which is smooth and versatile and the wheels which run super smoothly, with a nice whine from the rear hub when freewheeling.
The frame finish is really quality and I love how neat it is with the internal cable routing and mounting features.
I can recommend a few upgrades: bar tape, carbon seat post, coloured bar ends and top cap and the AllRoad wheels are all worth the extra pennies.

Excellent value and huge versatility from a well mannered drop bar machine. Custom built and fit options make it easy to get what you want - 4.5/5

The CGR AL, like all the CGR range, is a genuinely versatile bike. The line's lower priced models make it a great choice if you're looking for an all-seasons commuter on a cycle-to-work scheme.

The redesign frame is not only lighter & better looking...it has more engagaing personality both on and off road
