Tracked delivery is available on all orders under 1000kg, starting at £3.99 and is based on the total weight & value of your order.
Bikes are normally ready for Dispatch within 7-10 working days. Once your bike has been shipped you will receive a dispatch notification which will include tracking information for your order. Please allow a further 6-12 working days for your bike to be delivered.
Frames are normally ready for dispatch within 7-10 working days. Please allow a further 6-12 working days for your bike to be delivered.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch notification email which will include your tracking information. You can also log into your account and view your tracking codes online.

Carriage charges are based on weight, volume and destination. Our site will calculate this for you and advise you of the charge before you place the order.

DTI Distance Selling Regulations
These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods to Ribble Cycles, 363 Leach Place, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8AS, United Kingdom within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you.
You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. You will not be reimbursed with any postage or carriage costs.
Delivery Terms and Conditions

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times as stated above. Delivery times may sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet the specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.
Should Ribble Cycles be prevented from making any delivery date due to lack or delayed deliveries on the part of its suppliers, or any other event beyond its reasonable control you are entitled to terminate the contract by giving written notice to Ribble Cycles without any compensation or indemnity being due by Ribble Cycles. In any case Ribble Cycles will be entitled to claim payment of all product already supplied to the customer.
We reserve the right to terminate any order where we find our carriers are unable to deliver as part of our agreed standard contract terms
