We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. In the event that you do have to return items to us, please follow the procedures below. We aim to process returns on the day they are received but as this is not always possible please allow up to 3 working days for returns to be processed once received.

Returning Unwanted Items
Any items from your order that are unsuitable or unwanted can be returned for a refund or exchange, within 90 days of the original purchase date. If you would like a refund please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and are in unused condition.
Your return postage costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.
Returning Faulty Items
We will happily exchange or refund any product proved faulty. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery when returning items, to cover yourself against loss.
We will refund your return postage on all faulty items returned up to a maximum of $50 if the postage is going to cost more than $50 please contact us by telephone or email to arrange a collection.
All Returns must be accompanied by a Returns Form and in a clean condition – Failure to do so may slow the process.
When your refund is processed it will be applied to the original payment source.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your account once it is processed.
Please complete our Returns Form and ensure to mark the package as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE – this will ensure we are not charged import duty on the package. Failure to include this may result in the package being refused at UK Customs and returned to you.
If you have paid import duty on your goods, and you then return them for a refund you should be able to claim back a refund of the duties paid from your local Customs Authority. You will need to show the Customs Authority proof of duty paid when you received the goods and proof of export – this is your proof of returning the goods to us.
In the instance of returning an item due to a fault within its warranty period please contact us first via telephone or email as we may be able to offer advice that means you do not have to return the item.
Where an item has to be returned, please include a copy of your original receipt and full details of the problem. This will ensure we can get straight to work on determining the fault and get the item back to you as quickly as possible.
Some items will have to be returned to the manufacturer/distributor for inspection and/or repair. Please note this may extend the returns period.
Goods must be returned in a clean condition, otherwise we cannot accept them.
We cannot refund postage on warranty returns when the warranty has been declined.
The item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer/distributor discretion.
For goods that are out of warranty we will work with you to find the best solution.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
Where an error has been made by us and you have received items that were not ordered, we will replace these as quickly as possible and refund your return postage.
Any shortages or errors must be notified within 14 days of the original order date.
Has my Return been received and processed?
Upon receiving your return we will carry out your instructions for either a refund or exchange to the best of our ability. You will receive a confirmation email from our Sales Team once we have processed your return and are ready to either issue a refund or send out your exchanged goods.
Faulty items may be returned to the original supplier for exchange or repair. Please note in these circumstances the returns process will take longer.
Items returned with an incomplete Returns Form, or used condition may also take longer to process.
Terms and Conditions
Items requesting a refund must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
Used items must be returned in a clean condition, otherwise we are unable to accept them and you will be liable for postage costs to return the item to you.

Perishable or items with specific sell by dates are exempt from our returns policy unless faulty.
Where a product has been returned that was part of an order which qualified for a discount or special offer, if the threshold for the discount has been crossed the discount will be removed from your refund. I.e. if the order took advantage of a special offer such as ‘Save $25 on all orders over $250’ and your return brings your overall order value to less than $250, the discount will be removed from your order. If you return a product worth $50, then your refund would $25 ($50 minus the value of the discount, $25).
We reserve the right to reject any returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. You would be liable for the return postage of the goods back to you in this instance. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
